Joshua Ambeau , Doctor of Physical Therapy
Joshua Ambeau, DPT completed his undergraduate studies at Ave Maria University in Naples, FL where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. During his time at AMU, Josh was a tight end and long snapper on the football team. He continued his education at the University of Rhode Island where he earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT). Josh also served as a teaching assistant at the Oxford University Medical School in Oxford, England for the Principles of Anatomy Course in the summer of 2019.
Josh’s clinical experiences range from outpatient orthopedics to inpatient acute rehabilitation. He has treated patients with a variety of conditions affecting the musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiopulmonary systems. Through his various experiences, Josh has developed an interest in utilizing exercise-based treatments in conjunction with various manual therapy techniques in order to maximize patient function and achieve their individual goals.
Originally from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Josh now resides in the Metrowest area. He is a sports and outdoor enthusiast who enjoys running, skiing, and hiking in his free time. Josh looks forward to working with patients with any orthopedic conditions, but especially athletes of all types.
