Missy Spitzer
(PT, DPT)
Missy is a dedicated and compassionate physical therapist with over six years of experience helping patients regain mobility, reduce pain, and improve their overall quality of life. She graduated from the University at Buffalo with her Bachelor’s in Exercise Science and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She has practiced PT in four different states and has experience in various clinical settings working with a wide range of patient populations.
Missy is passionate about pain neuroscience education and clear, patient-centered communication. By creating a supportive environment and reducing fear around injury, Missy helps patients feel confident in their recovery and in managing their pain long-term.
Outside of the clinic, Missy loves to keep busy and spends most of her time working out, traveling, trying local restaurants, and hosting gatherings (aka Bravo nights) with her friends. In 2025, her goals are to improve her skiing, golfing, and running skills while also learning film photography. Any and all tips are welcome!
