Our Team

Rachel Manning is the Insurance Verification and Authorization Assistant Manager for Elliott Physical Therapy. She graduated from Bridgewater State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology. 

After college, Rachel was a Rehabilitation Aid at Bay State Physical Therapy, supporting the treating therapists by assisting patients with functional activities and exercises per the prescribed plan of care. She also worked administratively to ensure compliance with prior authorization requirements.

Her years of experience in a physical therapy setting have made her diligent in her efforts to effectively communicate insurance details to our patients, ensuring they can make the most of their benefits.

Rachel is also a longstanding advocate for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, committed to making a difference in the lives of those affected by the condition. For the last 7 years she has helped by running fundraisers and leading local Walk for MS events. She is very excited to expand this volunteer work with representation from Elliott Physical Therapy.

In her free time, Rachel enjoys traveling, walking her dog Rover (a charming dachshund chihuahua mix), and spending time by the water.
