What if I can’t make it to my appointment?
We understand that there may be times when you have a scheduling conflict or illness; however, we do require advance notification (at least 24 hours) if you need to cancel your appointment. Less than 24 hours notice does not give us the time to make necessary adjustments to schedules and offer treatment to other patients who may be on our waitlist. Therefore, if you call within that 24 hour period to cancel, you will be subject to a $25 cancellation fee.
If you do not call at all, and do not show up to your appointment, you will be subject to the same $25 fee.
