Sarahkate Sullivan
(Director of People )
Sarahkate Sullivan is our Director of People, managing our culture, hiring and alignment processes. She has been with Elliott Physical Therapy since 2019. She comes to Elliott Physical Therapy with a background in Corporate Management from her time at Filene’s and Macy’s. After working in Corporate Management, Sarahkate followed her passion for teaching and taught preschool in Milton for 14 years before joining the Elliott Physical Therapy team.
Sarahkate brings laughter, energy and motivation to our teams. She ensures that all team members have a positive experience from their date of hire. She celebrates milestones, plans events for the company and rolls out human resource related policies!
In her free time, Sarahkate enjoys hanging out with her three beautiful daughters, cheering on the New England Patriots, golfing or making one of her famous mudslides!
