Jake Carlson

Jake Carlson is a physical therapist at Elliott Physical Therapy specializing in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation. He earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Rhode Island and is board-certified in Orthopedic Physical Therapy (OCS). Jake is also certified in dry needling and has a strong background working with post-operative and sports-related injuries.
Originally from central Massachusetts, Jake now lives in North Attleboro with his wife, son, and their mini dachshund, Finley. He’s passionate about helping people return to the activities they love through evidence-based, individualized care. Outside the clinic, Jake enjoys weightlifting, spending time with his family, and working on home improvement projects.
