
Samantha Hourihan
(PT, DPT)
Samantha Hourihan, PT, DPT completed her undergraduate studies at Springfield College with a Bachelor of Health Science and a Minor of Rehabilitation and Disability Studies. She then continued her graduate studies at Springfield College to earn her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree. While at Springfield College, Sam played on the women’s basketball team for 4 years.
Sam’s clinical experiences include outpatient orthopedics, hospital-based outpatient, hospital acute care, and pediatric outpatient. Through her experiences, she has worked with patients ranging in age from 2 to 102, with a variety of musculoskeletal, sports, and neurological injuries. Sam’s goal is to treat the whole person and help each patient return to doing what they love. She is also dry needling certified.
Sam grew up locally in Bridgewater, MA, and enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She stays active by running, golfing, and strength training at the YMCA. In her spare time, you can find her reading, puzzling, or watching college basketball, cheering for the Duke Blue Devils.
